These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and d6666 ("d6666", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at d6666.lat. d6666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if d6666 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached these Terms or any related policy.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• The player is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity on the platform.
• The account is being used by an individual under 21 years of age.
• Continuation of the account presents a regulatory, compliance, or reputational risk to d6666.

Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach, d6666 reserves the right to withhold all balances, including deposits and winnings, pending investigation and resolution. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
